EC Credit Control started out in 1989 as a regional debt recovery and credit management company in New Zealand. In 2001 operations began in Sydney, and we now have representation in all major centres throughout Australasia.

2006 saw the commencement of franchised operations in Ireland, giving us an excellent base from which to expand into the rest of Europe.

2007 has seen the commencement of operations in the united Kingdom.  The first office in Edinburgh in the second half of 2007.  Further UK offices are scheduled to open in the near future.

This expansion is exciting for EC Credit Control and has stemmed from the desire of the company to expand its services internationally and to introduce its unique software and effective collection techniques to international markets.

The UK market has historically not been serviced by an “all round” credit management company that can provide a full range of services including debt collection, credit reporting and the production of Terms of Trade documentation. EC Credit Control offers all of these services.

Over the years the company has operated with a philosophy of getting the job done using the best and most efficient tools available. We have invested heavily in technology to maximise efficiencies and streamline the day to day operations of the business.
